Online Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made online at Atikshop.com
Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other than Atikshop.com
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
• The item/s were purchased from atikshop.com and Atikshop.com
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order can be returned to us within Fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.
Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Atikshop.com can be returned at the customers expense. (WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABEL FOR RETURNS.)
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Only full price items are eligible for returns within our 14 day window from the day of purchase. All SALE items are non refundable.
IN STORE PICK UP ONLINE ORDERS
All in store pick up order can not be cancel 24hrs after purchase. And there will be a charge of 10% restocking fee.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday or Flash Sale) are NOT eligible for a refund or store credit.
WELCOME CODE
All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit.
FINAL SALE
For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy. All items purchased in the Atikshop.com Warehouse Sale is final sale.
Return Online
Returning your items online is super easy. Just follow our steps below.
STEP 1Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.
STEP 2Submit your return. Complete the form with your order number, email and phone number.
STEP 3
We will provide a return label which will be deducted from your refund amount.
